Problem
When trying to access 'The Professional Office' (TPO) users receive the following message:
Cannot read data - This may be because the database needs maintenance or it may need to install latest data drivers from the CD
Resolution
This is caused by data corruption and the only solution is to restore the latest backup.
1. Locate the current TPO Data folder and rename this to Data.26.08.2015 (the date being the date it was renamed)
2. Create a new folder called Data
3. Located the most recent TPO backup folder
4. Copy and paste the contents from the backup folder to the newly created Data folder
5. Users should now be able to access TPO again.
Note: Any work that was carried between the Data corruption and the restore will be lost. It is advised to backup the TPO Data periodically during daily usage to reduce the amount of Data loss.
