Occasionally some users may receive the following error.
Windows Vista Virtualisation - This application is trying to write a file to P:PTPDataPlatform* but this location will mean this file is virtualised under windows 7.
*Where (P:PTPDataPlatform is the path to your PTPData folder)
There are a couple of main causes for this error.
1. The network drive that the PTPData is located is inaccessible.
2. The PTPData folder has been moved or renamed
Resolution
1. Users are advised to check that their network drive is accessible. (Seek their own IT support for network access issues)
2. Users are required to check that PTPData folder has not been moved or renamed.
