How to Activate Your PTPAP Licence.

This guide will run through the process of activating the PTP Accounts Production Licence.
New or existing customer will receive an email containing the licences details needed to input the information, usually attached as a pdf file.
Please ensure you always are up to date with the versions released of PTP Accounts Production to avoid technical issues.

Launch PTP Accounts Production.
Select Setup from the menu option on top, then select Licence details.
 
1. Then select Update Licences in Licence details, then select Add Licence.
 
2. Input the details and shown on the pdf licence details then click on activate, accept the terms and conditions then you have successfully activated your licence.

3. Alternatively, PTP Accounts Production will be moving to Web licences. This means the licences will be available via the web, instead of inputting manual codes all you need to do is check for updates in Update Licences within Licences Details:
 
4. Select Check for Updates from the bottom left.
 
5. Tick the products to licence and click Activate in the bottom right.
 
6. Accept the Licence Agreement and press Continue in the bottom right.
