Problem
The old newswires are showing as outstanding for all personnel but they are not required reading. How can these be disabled?
Resolution
The best way to deal with the old newswires is to remove the personnel from those particular training events. If the newswire is deleted altogether it will be redownloaded the next time the newswires are downloaded. Go to MLRO / Administrator Functions > Personnel Training > open the training event for the newswire > Participants tab > select the Actions button at the bottom > Remove all Personnel not completed.
