Problem
When clicking on the Email PDF button on the Client Tax Returns tab some users have reported the following error: Error 32002, Line 0, cannot create email message, unspecified error has occurred
Resolution
There are no settings within PTP Tax Platform relating to emails, instead the software picks up the default settings from the PC. In order to resolve this error please
1. Go to the Control Panel
2. Select Default Programs
3. Set your default programs
4. Select Outlook and Set this program as default
