PTP TR - HMRC Data Retrieval is not pulling through any figures

Problem

When clicking the HMRC Data Retrieval button on page TR2 of an Individual Tax Return no figures are being brought through even though there should definitely be some.

Resolution

HMRC run through a reconciliation process to confirm all data held on their systems before releasing it. This process takes a number of months.

The data is no longer available once a tax return has been successfully submitted.
