How to add a Manager
Resolution
In the General tab of a company record there is an optional field to assign a Manager. For convenience, a list of existing Managers appears in a drop down list. However, the box is also manual entry. To add a new Manager simply type the name directly into the box and click Save. The name of the new Manager will appear in the dropdown list going forward.
