How to reset HMRC authorisation within PTP VAT Filer
Resolution
To reset HMRC authorisation within PTP VAT Filer please do the following below:
– Click on the ‘Settings’ button
– Click on the ‘Clear authorisation token’ button
– Click on the ‘Yes’ button to the following message
– Close from the screen
– Click on the ‘Refresh’ button
– Follow the prompts on screen to reregister for this service
