This rejection affects forms (LL)AP02, AP04, (LL)CH02 and CH04 if the date of appointment or change pre-dates Brexit on 31/12/2020.

Resolution

Companies House have advised it will not be possible to efile in this scenario as the necessary schemas are no longer supported. The forms must be printed and posted (using the new post-Brexit forms). In the PTP Share Register software select Produce Form instead of eFile to generate a printed copy.
