Problem

When trying to open PTP Tax Platform or PTP CT Platform, an error 3045 similar to the one below comes up

Resolution

Capture 4 | PTP TP/CT - Error 3045 Could not use ''; file already in use

There is most likely a process running somewhere, holding a file open. Restart each of the workstations with PTP first but, if the problem persists after this, restarting the server where the data resides usually resolves it.
