Problem
When you view the Partnership tax return, you might get a message: missing partnership pages.
Resolution
To resolve your query please follow the steps below:
– Open PTP Tax Platform
– Under “Find Client” tab for “Client types” choose “All Client types”. For “Active/archive” choose as “All (active+archive+don’t…)”
– Select one of the partners under “Find Client” tab
– Click on the “Client Main Details” tab
– Untick the box : “Don’t act for this Client”
– Click on the “Update” button
– Click on the “Client Tax Returns” tab
– Add a tax return for that specific year
– View the return
– Once you are able to view the return and then delete the return
– Click on the “Client Main Details” tab
– Tick “Don’t act for this Client”
– Click on the “Update” button
– Please do the same for the other partners
– After please highlight the partnership under “Find Client” tab
– Add the partnership return for the specific year
