Problem
When trying to open the software after updating for 2023 the following error appears:
Resolution
If the 2024 folder is missing altogether, it may be downloaded from the following link https://www.iris.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/2024.zip. The folder needs to be extracted from the zip file and saved into the appropriate data folder (the location of which can be identified within the error message, please note this may differ from the screenshot above, https://www.iris.co.uk/support/knowledgebase/kb/ptp-how-to-find-or-change-the-data-location-for-ptp-tax-platform).
