Problem
The following rejection occurs when submitting a CS01 in version 23.3.14.
Resolution
The Companies House XML Gateway returned the following error:
Error code: 100
XML failed schema validation: InvalidXML: Element ‘StateConfirmation’ is not valid for content model:
‘((TradingOnMarket,DTR5Applies,PSCExemptAsTradingOnRegulatedMarket,PSCExemptAsSharesAdmittedOnMarket,PSCExemptAsTradingOnUKRegulatedMarket,ReviewDate,SICCodes,StatementOfCapital,Shareholdings,RegisteredEmailAddress,AcceptLawfulPurposeStatement),StateConfirmation)’

In the Actions panel to the left of the client list, select the option ‘Check for Program Updates’. A confirmation message will appear advising the latest version is already installed. Regenerate the CS01 which should now go through.
