Problem
When generating Automail Letters you receive the error message Microsoft Word Error Open Data Source 2000 method or property is not available
Resolution
- Open AutoMail
- Click Templates
- Find the relevant template, right click and select Properties
- Tick “Use AutoMail Merge” & “Open After Merge”
- Click Ok
After doing this you should be able to generate letters using this template. If this issue is affecting multiple templates then repeat these steps above for each template.
