Resolution
If you get this storage error showing when trying to upload to OpenSpace from IRIS Accountancy Suite.
This is where the storage had been exceeded on OpenSpace, please find the steps below to assist:
- Open a web browser and sign into OpenSpace (www.irisopenspace.co.uk)
- Click ‘subscription’
- This will show the available space. If all the space is used you can purchase more space from here
