Slowness when trying to login to IRIS OpenSpace
Resolution
We have had reports from a subset of our customers that OpenSpace is slow when trying to login.
On the 20/08/2020 we released an update to provide the ability to switch off the dashboard counters. We identified that this was causing slowness when our customers are logging into OpenSpace. In order to switch this off simply log in as an admin user to OpenSpace, go to settings, practice details and click edit.
Untick the box to not display dashboard counters and click update.
Please note this will hide the counters for accountants not clients.
When you next view the dashboard you will see that no counters are showing, as per the below screenshot.
