Problem
When requesting E-Approval & E-Signature on an upload via irisopenspace.co.uk the upload completes successfully but the request is not made.
Resolution
We have received reports of issues with uploads via irisopenspace.co.uk that include an e-Approval or e-Signature request where it uploads the document successfully but skips the request stage. We have raised this issue to our development team for further investigation.
The workaround is to manually request after the upload via the option in the Status column. Where this becomes a two step process you may want to suppress email notifications on one of the steps via the options available.
