Problem

Following links in OpenSpace email notifications navigates to url1946.irisopenspace.co.uk which can prompt a security warning.

Resolution

The url1946.irisopenspace.co.uk URL is coming from SENDGRID which is the email relay service OpenSpace uses.
In short this is used for sending any OpenSpace email by default and branding it as IRIS OpenSpace, but this is dependent on the URL being this URL1496.irisopenspace.co.uk

We have a redirect in place that converts the URL1496 to the secure HTTPS OpenSpace URL.

Any user experiencing the issue should try clearing their browser cache for all time following the steps outlined in articles like the following (these cover each browser and their mobile versions etc.)
https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-clear-your-cache-on-any-browser
https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic

If the issue persists after clearing the cache, users will need to login to irisopenspace.co.uk and navigate to the document manually.
