Performance issues when generating documents in Time & Fees
Resolution
We have received reports from users of performance issues when generating documents from IRIS Time & Fees in bulk, e.g. Invoices/statements/AutoMail letters.
We have investigated this issue and it has been raised to the IRIS product development team. Logs have been retrieved and following this we are looking at adding further logging/tracing to help identify the source of this problem.
This logging will help to identify the particular areas of the program or system which need to be reviewed closer and have changes made to help improve the performance in this area.
We will update this article when we receive further information from development.
