Resolution
This is a new error started in 2022 and also in 2024 and is coming from the HMRC system. They have a issue with your USER Agent credentials
Please follow this KB to reset your agent credentials and logging back in – answer all security questions etc. However if you are not the one who answers the questions then ask your manager who should complete it. If everyone of your logins is having the same issues then you need to contact HMRC support and speak to a senior. The PT HMRC retrieval system only collates data from the HMRC systems after your login is approved from the HMRC side.
