IRIS Personal Tax- IRIS has detected the UTR XXX for client does not match UTR XXX
Resolution
If you get this rejection warning:
Go to Client/ View/ Tax tab/ Remove the UTR/ Click save and then close the box. Then client/ View/ Tax tab/ Re-enter the UTR. Regenerate the return and submit.
If you get the same issue – please do update to latest IRIS version (Help and about) and redo the steps above.
