IRIS Personal Tax- Property Expense type list (23 to 27)

Resolution

Following HMRC rules – the expense list is year based (as they add new/delete ones for each year)

2021 will show 23 expense types
2022 will show 27 expense types (see below)

If you want to add one not on the list – then use ‘option 0 unspecified’ and add a description.
