Problem
The IRIS Timesheet Clock is no longer appearing on Timesheets after updating to the 20.1.5 release.
Resolution
This is currently a known defect since the 20.1.5 release.
It will be fixed in the IRIS Version 20.3.0 however there is no planned date yet for this release.
This issue only occurs when the Timesheet is opened via the IRIS Time Module.
We do have a workaround available which is to view the Timesheet within the Practice Management Module | Timesheet Time Postings Tab | Please Ensure also you are signed into IRIS as the User whose Timesheet you are viewing and the Timesheet you are viewing is the most current.
