The bottom section of the “Detailed Write Out Instructions” screen greys out despite the fact that not all of the bill amount has been allocated to jobs. In the example screenshot there is still £10.00 “To go”:

This has been recognised as a defect and is currently being looked in to by Development.
There are 3 workarounds for this:

Do the job with the largest amount billed last
Enter all of the jobs with an amount billed of £1, then double click each entry and change the number to the correct amount
Use the On-Screen posting screen
