About this webinar:
This session will guide you through the process of adding training documents to your system, helping you efficiently manage employee training records and ensure compliance with your training needs.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
-Create a training record within an employee’s profile.
-Utilise Category & Subject options for training classification.
-Attach training certificates with expiry dates to employee records.
-Add or amend training records as needed.
-Use the Data Generator tool to add multiple attendees to a course.
-Enable staff to record their own training activities.
-Generate and run training reports for analysis and tracking.
-Create automated reminders for upcoming course expiries.
-Advertise training courses on the Home Screen using the Training Manager tool.
